1. Return & Exchange Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
    ✔️ You received a damaged or defective product.
    ✔️ You received the wrong item in your order.
    ✔️ The product has expired upon delivery (very rare but covered).

  • We do not accept returns for:
    ❌ Any product that has been opened or consumed (even partially).
    ❌ Change of mind or personal preference.
    ❌ Products that were not stored properly after delivery.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

If your order qualifies for a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • If you paid by cash on delivery (COD), we will issue a store credit or bank transfer.

3.2 Partial Refunds

  • If only one item in your order is defective, we will refund that item’s value, not the entire order.
